When choosing the best format for your virtual event, there are a variety of different options that are available to you

What is the best format and platform to meet your key objectives? How can you develop and market your event so that it stands out from the crowd? And crucially, how can you ensure that you are fully understanding your audience and ensure that they are kept engaged from the moment they register? We will work with you every step of the way to build a virtual event that completely meets your needs.

To get you started, all our platforms offer the following features as standard:

  • The option for an unlimited number of delegates to join from all over the world, who may have been restricted by travel budgets, constraints or availability
  • A fully bespoke registration portal, allowing delegates to register in advance and then use a unique URL to access the conference (there is no need to download any programmes or apps)
  • A fully customisable platform, including event branding and the option for participants to personalise screen views, moving and resizing windows to view the live feed, slides and other elements at any size they want
  • Dedicated Q&A and audience voting platforms, moderated by Forum Europe or the event host
  • Questions can be pushed onto the live stream to be seen by participants and answered by speakers, with any unanswered questions forwarded to speakers to allow for one-to-one interaction post-event
  • A range of interactive networking tools. These can be left open for the duration of the event and even after the livestream has ended to enable interaction and discussion of the key topics
  • Comprehensive post-event support, including analytics of aspects such as participant numbers, content consumption and levels of engagement; and an option to archive the footage to be available for later viewing by those unable to join live
  • The choice of two live streaming set-ups:

If panellists are able to be in the same room, multi-camera live streaming is the best option, with at least a 2-person crew to allow troubleshooting and filming

Split-screen live-streaming from various locations is also an option, should some or all of the panellists be unable to travel to film in the same location
